François Rousseau joins L'Unique to head the Specialty Markets and Surety Line

Quebec City, September 23, 2025– L'Unique General Insurance is pleased to announce the appointment of François Rousseau as Regional Vice-President, Commercial Insurance – Specialty Markets and Surety Line. With over 25 years of experience in commercial insurance, François brings a wealth of experience to this strategic role. He will lead the development of the Speciality Markets and Surety Line, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of brokers and policyholders.

Widely recognized for his strategic expertise in commercial insurance, François has a sound understanding of underwriting issues and specialized markets. He is known for his broker-centric approach and has successfully led multidisciplinary teams through ambitious initiatives.
